We are seeking an experienced and proactive Asst. HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for a manpower supply company. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale blue- and white-collar workforces, compliance with labor laws, recruitment for high-volume deployment, and client-specific HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Deployment:
o Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers.
o Coordinate with clients to understand deployment schedules.
o Liaise with local and overseas recruitment agencies when needed.
Workforce Planning:
o Forecast staffing needs based on client contracts and project timelines.
o Maintain a talent pipeline for urgent manpower requests.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
o Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, visa regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
o Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
o Conduct regular site visits to ensure employee satisfaction and address HR issues.
o Conduct training & certification of skilled workers
Documentation & HR Systems:
o Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, visas, work permits, and client deployment records.
o Manage ERP/HRMS or attendance systems.
Training & Development:
o Organize orientation and job-specific training for new employees.
o Promote upskilling and health/safety awareness programs.
Performance Management:
o Monitor productivity, attendance, and conduct periodic performance reviews in coordination with supervisors.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
o Coordinate with accounts/finance to ensure timely payroll processing.
o Manage employee benefits including accommodation, medical insurance, and leave entitlements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manpower supply, facility management, or construction sector.
Strong knowledge of labor law, especially related to blue-collar workforce.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Fluent in English & Hindi
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workforce.
Experience handling overseas recruitment and visa processing.
Familiarity with prequalification and client compliance audits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
