We at Dynasty Real Estate are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR manager with a background in the real estate industry to join our team. As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires
Oversee performance management processes and ensure that employees are held accountable for their work
Implement and manage employee compensation and benefits programs
Develop and implement employee retention strategies and initiatives
Manage employee relations and resolve any conflicts that may arise
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in HR or a related field
2 or more years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage and develop teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in MS Office
