Immediate Joiners Only - Looking for HR Manager Female for a 4* Hotel. .Maintain HR systems and processes. \xc2\xb7 Provide support and guidance to HR staff. \xc2\xb7 Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. \xc2\xb7 Conduct employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. \xc2\xb7 Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. \xc2\xb7 Conduct performance and salary reviews. \xc2\xb7 Maintain company organization charts and employee directory. \xc2\xb7 Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Analyze trends in compensation and benefits. \xc2\xb7 Design and implement employee retention strategies. Skills and Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Masters/Bachelors program in Human Resource Management. Must have done any HR certification course \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience preferred. \xc2\xb7 Effective verbal and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations. Only people from India \xc2\xb7 Thorough knowledge of UAE laws and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
