Job Description
We are looking looking for a HR MANAGER in Real Estate. We are a trusted name in the region that provides real estate solutions including Property Management, Selling and Leasing. CANDIDATES MUST FULFIL THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 2 Years of experience HR Manager in real estate
- Must have the knowledge of HR policies, laws, and rules and regulations of UAE labour laws.
- Should know proper HR Responsibilities.
- Should be able to manage the employees in a proper way.
- Fluent Arabic & English is must
- Should be able to manage employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as leaves, absentees, Etc
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics on employee performance
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Manage training and development initiatives
- Keep track of employee performance
- Manage and improve communication
- Manage organizational and company culture
- Create a safe and inclusive work environment
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Real estate experience will be considered as an advantage.
