Job Description
A leading company is actively recruiting an HR Manager for their Dubai office.
Salary up to 17,000AED per month.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance in line with UAE labour law and free zone regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, rewards, and lifecycle activities across the organisation.
- Provide HR guidance to management on compliance, performance, and employee relations.
- Support workforce planning, engagement initiatives, and consistent application of HR practices.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on potential business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the UAE, preferably within freezones.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years HR experience in Europe.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR best practices, and freezone regulations.
- Proven experience managing annual bonus schemes and employee benefits programs.
