About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions, ensuring effective people practices that support business objectives within an engineering and technical services environment. This role is responsible for talent management, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Workforce Management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and operational requirements.
Plan workforce requirements, succession planning, and organizational structure.
Support leadership with HR insights, policies, and people-related decision-making.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support roles.
Ensure smooth onboarding processes and effective integration of new hires.
Build strong talent pipelines to support current and future business needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR matters.
Performance Management & Development
Implement performance management frameworks and appraisal processes.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Support leadership development and capability-building programs.
Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
Oversee payroll processes, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
Ensure fair, competitive, and compliant compensation practices.
Support annual salary reviews, incentives, and bonus programs.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage HR systems, reporting, and audits.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within engineering or technical services.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Experience managing end-to-end HR operations and leading HR teams.
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and operational teams.
