HR Manager Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Master's degree or professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP will be considered a strong advantage.
8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 to 6 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
Proven track record in handling complete HR functions in medium to large-sized organizations.
Strong understanding of UAE labour laws, HR best practices, compensation structures, and performance management frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and manage HR projects from planning through execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strategic, solution-focused approach.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Oversee complete HR operations such as onboarding, performance management, and legal compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Lead HR transformation initiatives, including policy development, process automation, organizational restructuring, and culture-building programs.
Review existing HR policies and practices, identify gaps, and ensure strict and consistent implementation across the organization.
Establish accountability structures, performance tracking systems, and accurate HR reporting mechanisms.
Work closely with senior management and department heads to align HR initiatives with operational and strategic goals.
Promote open communication across departments and foster a positive, productive work environment.
