Job Details :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager in a group company or similar multi-entity environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
