Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
Background in contracting, construction, or service industries is highly desirable.
Deep knowledge of UAE labor law, employment regulations, and visa processes.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach to operational and strategic HR.
