Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of staff for various roles in the construction sector
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives and ensure legal compliance
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and align HR strategies with business goals
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
Handle payroll administration, benefits management, and employee welfare initiatives
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and health and safety regulations
Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
