Hr Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the manpower supply industry to manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workforce coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing large-scale manpower operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
  • Conduct regular camp visits to monitor employee welfare, address concerns, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Supervise visa processing, renewals, and employee documentation.
  • Liaise with clients for manpower deployment and workforce management.
  • Implement effective HR policies, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team for smooth operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in the manpower supply or outsourcing sector.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to conduct regular site and camp visits.
