HR Manager

Key Responsibilities



Job Posting & Advertising



Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards.

Use different recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Candidate Sourcing



Proactively source candidates through databases, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and networking events.

Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Screening & Interviewing



Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.

Candidate Assessment & Selection



Use assessment tools, tests, and other evaluation methods to determine the best candidates.

Work with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions based on assessment results and team feedback.

Offer Management



Extend job offers and negotiate terms, such as salary and benefits.

Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.

Employer Branding



Enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.

Create engaging content to promote the company culture and attract candidates.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting



Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to assess effectiveness.

Prepare reports to inform and improve recruitment strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
