Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting business growth, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition strategies
Oversee employee relations, performance management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role (5+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
