Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
Certifications:
Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, SPHR) are advantageous.
Experience:
7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the FMCG or similar fast-paced industry is highly desirable.
