Job Title: HR Manager
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring a positive work culture, and driving HR best practices aligned with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, an ability to implement scalable HR processes, and a deep understanding of labor laws and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement an efficient hiring process to ensure timely staffing of clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring workforce stability.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to enhance employee experience.
2. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
  • Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns in a fair and constructive manner.
  • Conduct regular pulse surveys and HR analytics to assess and improve workplace culture.
3. Training & Development
  • Identify skill gaps and design learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Oversee compliance training related to patient care, data protection, and workplace safety.
4. Compensation & Benefits Management
  • Develop a competitive salary structure and benefits package to attract top talent.
  • Manage payroll processes in collaboration with finance.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and best practices in compensation.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with UAE labor laws.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation with utmost confidentiality.
  • Ensure HR compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
6. Culture & Employer Branding
  • Champion a values-driven culture that aligns with client's mission.
  • Drive internal communication initiatives to enhance team collaboration.
  • Promote the client as an employer of choice through strategic HR branding.
7. HR Analytics & Technology
  • Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions related to talent management and retention.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries, and 2 -4 years of UAE experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Ability to lead HR transformation and implement best-in-class HR systems.
