Address and resolve employee concerns in a fair and constructive manner.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably in healthcare or service industries, and 2 -4 years of UAE experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and best HR practices.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
Ability to lead HR transformation and implement best-in-class HR systems.
