Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast and meet staffing needs.
Develop and oversee employee training and development programs.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive working environment.
Provide strategic HR and operational insights to the leadership team.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and auditing operations.
Qualifications: Proven experience in operations and HR management, preferably in manufacturing or construction
Strong understanding of business functions (HR, finance, operations, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of the UAE labor legislation and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
