Job Description
We are looking for a motivated & experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team in Dubai who oversees the daily operation of the Human Resources Department. She/he will be responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations and Development, Compensation & Benefits and other employee-related tasks while being responsible for short and long term planning of all the HR related functions such as workforce planning, recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, associate and labour relations, workforce training and development. Potential applicants need to have:
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Strong background in Human Resource Management including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, health & hygiene and government regulations and policies.
- Strong oral & written communication skills with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Four-year college degree in Human Resources or Bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s Degree education.
- Proficiency in HR and Payroll Management Systems (Bayzat Systems). Excellent skills in Microsoft Office softwares and online recruiting resources.
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position with international F&B companies or hotels.

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- HR Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
- F&B: 2 years (Preferred)
- Dubai: 2 years (Preferred)
