We are looking for a motivated & experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team in Dubai who oversees the daily operation of the Human Resources Department. She/he will be responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations and Development, Compensation & Benefits and other employee-related tasks while being responsible for short and long term planning of all the HR related functions such as workforce planning, recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, associate and labour relations, workforce training and development. Potential applicants need to have:
Strong background in Human Resource Management including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, health & hygiene and government regulations and policies.
Strong oral & written communication skills with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Four-year college degree in Human Resources or Bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s Degree education.
Proficiency in HR and Payroll Management Systems (Bayzat Systems). Excellent skills in Microsoft Office softwares and online recruiting resources.
Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position with international F&B companies or hotels.
