  • We are seeking an HR manager who possesses exceptional skills and initiative, and can establish a systematic approach within our organization. As we expand, we require someone who can assume complete responsibility for all HR-related activities while also overseeing the administrative department.
  • In essence, the successful candidate will be tasked with carrying out all HR-related responsibilities, including the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company\'s overarching strategy. Furthermore, they will oversee the already-established administrative team, guaranteeing streamlined operations and effective assistance to multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and execute human resources policies and procedures in accordance with the objectives of the organization.
  • Supervise the selection and recruitment procedures, including candidate interviews, induction of new employees, and the VISA application process.
  • Supervise programs for employee development, performance management, and training.
  • Supervise payroll, benefits, and compensation procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage employee complaints, disciplinary measures, and the resolution of conflicts with impartiality and consistency.
  • Maintain awareness of HR trends, DMCC regulations, UAE labor laws, and best practices to ensure the compliance of the organization\'s policies and procedures.
  • Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government regulations related to HR and administration.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, administrative operations, and compliance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support HR and administrative processes.
Qualification & Skills:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
  • Proven U.A.E. experience as an HR manager of 6 years minimum with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
