JOB SUMMARY: As part of our massive expansion plan, we require \xe2\x80\x9cHR - Manager\xe2\x80\x9d to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have operational effectiveness along with problem solving attitude. This role will have decision making powers to set the new standards in managing human resources, should aim to make the organization the best place to work in UAE. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Oversee recruitment, onboarding, visa, licensing, and training process. \xc2\xb7 Develop & Implement HR strategies and policies. \xc2\xb7 Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. \xc2\xb7 PMS/L&D \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, employment standards and other legal requirements. \xc2\xb7 Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including medical health insurance and malpractice. \xc2\xb7 Exit & Separation JOB REQUIREMENTS \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree \xc2\xb7 MBA in Human Resources (preferred) \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in: \xc2\xb7 Dubai/ UAE/ GCC Markets \xc2\xb7 Healthcare Service Industry \xc2\xb7 Experience in Home Healthcare organization is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication skills \xc2\xb7 Should be highly proficient in English (Professional) \xc2\xb7 Arabic Language will be an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
