Job Summary: Looking for HR Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Make sure all HR and payroll data is up to date
Review and update HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and choose applicants
Support the development of KPI\'s as well as targets for all departments
Come up with personal policies, maintain and update policy manuals as well as employee handbooks
Gather ongoing information regarding the satisfaction of employee on salary packages and wage, working conditions among others
Assign human resources and ensure appropriate matches between personnel
Carry out new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs
Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to fix them
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related course with more than 2 years of experience working as a human resource manager or in a similar role
Should be able to manage time and prioritize work effectively
Must be able to influence and persuade senior management level
Strong knowledge of the UAE labor laws
Good problem solving skills required
Must be a good communicator
Excellent computer application knowledge required
Possession of a Master\'s Degree will be a great advantage
Only Hindi speaking candidates are required
