Job Description
On the lookout for a competent HR who understands the organization?s needs and makes sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions. Selected applicant will be in charge of arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees with due paperwork. Human resources must work in collaboration with the head of the department to ensure all employee concerns and production hurdles are met with due diligence. They will be required to conduct necessary disciplinary actions and develop a strong enough relationship with managers and employees alike to identify the cohesiveness and health of the team. As mandated by law the recruited must also maintain employee records. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
