Hr Manager

Job Description

Our client is looking for an HR Manager, to oversee all aspects human resource practices and processes, promote corporate values within the business and increase employee engagement by assisting in shaping a positive company culture.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Get involved in all levels of talent acquisition such as writing job descriptions, identifying resource gaps within the business and source and attract exceptional talent.
  • Maintain relationship with external recruiters.
  • Maintain a smooth onboarding process for new hires and exit formalities for staff leaving the organisation.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities across the business.
  • Oversee visa processes including applying new visas and renewals.
  • Liaise with medical insurance providers and agree medical cover for the business.
  • Create HR dashboard with key statistics to be presented to the management.
  • Handle workplace investigations and disciplinary actions confidentially and professionally.
  • Train and mentor other junior members of the team.
  • Perform necessary operational and administrative tasks related to the HR function.
  • Undertake performance and salary reviews across the business.
  • Draft compensation matrix and bonus structures for senior members of the business.
  • Write and update all company policies as and when necessary.
  • Draft the initial payroll to be sent to Finance and approve the final payroll once prepared.
Key requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management (with a specialisation in organisational behavior or HR).
  • 3-5 years work experience as HR Manager or Senior HR executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour law and regulations is essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of any HRMS or recruitment software.
  • Ability to form good rapport and relationships with all employees within the business and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Arabic language skills are highly desirable but not essential.
