Have you got a solid experience as an HR Manager? Are you able to work efficiently with various stakeholders? If you\'ve answered yes to both of those, we are looking for you. It is an onsite role in Dubai. As an HR Manager you will oversee the human resource processes and functions within an organization. You will ensure that all personnel policies and procedures are followed. You will be designing and implementing efficient working procedures for employees to help them to meet the objectives of the organization. You will manage Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Performance, HR Administration and Payroll, as well as Recruitment Activities and Employee Relations. You will also handle a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your tasks will include:
Designing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures across the Organization
Managing employee relations issues
Participating in the manpower planning process
Overseeing performance management processes
Designing the incentives and bonus structure across the company
Being responsible for resource management (providing recommendations for internal transfers and better utilization of resources)
Developing compensation, benefits and training programs
Overseeing recruitment and onboarding strategy
Managing promotions, staff movements, hiring/termination and any HR Personnel requests
Coaching and training managers on new technologies and processes
Working on automation of HR processes
To be a good fit for the HR Manager role, you will have:
BA in HR Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Several years of experience as an HR Manager, ideally in a software house
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Being a good influencer who in a friendly but firm manner can convince others to follow
Effectively manage time and multitask in order to successfully carry out the various duties
Previous experience in Resource Management and Project Management
Previous experience with Compensation and Benefits
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the local labor law
Any additional language on top of English
Keys to success: You have excellent communication and teamwork skills (including fluent English). You are a good organiser and have an analytical mind and great attention to details.
