Position: HR EXECUTIVE \xe2\x80\x93 Preferably FEMALE
  • 2 to 3 Years relevant UAE Experience is a must
  • IMMEDIATE JOINERS only. Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa

  • Very strong personality and communication skills
  • Preferably Arabic Speaking
Urgent - Immediate Joining ONLY We are looking for an ideal candidate to lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including but not limited to Implementing and organising company policies and practices Hiring Works Admin and Staffing Works Secretarial Works, Letters, Memos Job Responsibilities:
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Analyses wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are complying.
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects top notch employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company goals.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics.
  • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, and safety
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
  • Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Conducts wage surveys within the labour market to determine competitive wage rate.
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years\' experience in Human Resources
  • Brilliant reporting and organizational skills
  • \xe2\x80\x8eExcellent verbal & written communication skills
  • \xe2\x80\x8eExceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • \xe2\x80\x8eWorking knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
