Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring process and onboarding process
  • Provide orientation for new employees by providing information packets, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
  • Maintain human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
  • Document and tracks human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and salary reviews.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Make sure our organisation complies with HR labour laws and regulations
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources or related field.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
  • Ability to give presentations.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills

  • Knowledge of/experience with UAE labour laws
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
