Your main duties will be: - Full recruiting cycle from recruitment to adaptation - development programs, training and skill development - talent management, talent pools - automation and standardization of personnel actions - Creation of systems for motivation and compensation, management by indicators (KPI), grades, monitoring and updating of salaries. - Team building, participation in the corporate culture development - organization of corporate events - employer brand development - assistance with visa and other documents It is important for us that: - you already have 1 year of HR experience (previous experience in real estate is welcome); - your English proficiency is at least at B2 level (knowledge of other languages is a big plus); - you were able to work in a team and were result-oriented.
