Job Description

  • Manage a workforce of 200+ staff
  • Implement a software for all HR related needs \xe2\x80\x93 finalization, go-live and support.
  • Recruitment analytics and candidate screening.
  • General management - all aspects of the employment process from hiring to onboarding.
  • Update HR policies in line with Company needs.
  • Manage activities related to employees\' personal files and correspondence.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing.
  • Up to date with the local labor laws, visa rules, process and regulations \xe2\x80\x93 in a way to support the Company PRO.
  • Support / negotiate with medical insurance companies, workmen\xe2\x80\x99s compensation, staff accommodations at times of renewal.
  • Liaise with insurance company as support to staff whenever necessary in a professional manner.
  • Address staff grievances and redressal
  • Calculate End of Services, carefully taking any loans, advances in consideration.
  • Introduce team building and engagement activities to support staff interaction and motivation.
  • Good MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel
  • Good Communication Skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
