HR Manager Your Role As an HR Manager, Your key responsibilities include ensuring a proper implementation of company policies and procedures, strategies, objectives, full-cycle recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management. The potential candidate needs to set objectives for the HR team, track progress, maintain internal HR systems and databases, and manage budgets for the growth of the company and the employees. Other duties include: You will:
  • Guide and direct all facets of Human Resources including recruitment, coaching, compensation & benefits, health & safety, performance management & succession planning
  • Manage and implement annual performance review program; identify performance goals, competency framework, disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and metrics established by Beond People & Talent
  • Provide functional direction and ensure compliance of all legal requirements
  • Over see employee grievences and provide a sounding board for colleague concerns, mediating solutions and initiating changes as needed
  • Maintain a high level of effectiveness communication throughout the Organization
  • Establish and implement annual objectives, budget and programs for the Human Resources Department in conjunction with the Beond\xe2\x80\x99s strategic plan
  • Provide leadership and coaching to managers and employees on key workplace matters such as performance management, difficult conversations, employee relations, and employee development
  • Be a champion in shaping the company culture and driver of Beond Values through robust HR programs
  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed structure and timelines.
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and deliver on their People & Talent requirements and ensure they are fully aligned with the corporate People & Talent strategy.
  • Deliver and report on the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from employees is collated, interpreted correctly, and improvement plan actioned within appropriate timeframe.
  • Ensure that the company\'s pay scale and structure is aligned with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s compensation strategy
  • Work with managers to develop promotion and retention strategies for existing employees
  • Update the company portal with timely, relevant forms, policies and procedures to ensure accessibility for all Beond employees at all times.
Your Profile: Ideally, you have
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in business, Law, HR, HR Designation, or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Proven track record as a Human Resources professional, preferably in a Managerial role.
  • 5 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
  • Previous UAE experience is preferred and a track record of career progress and stability is an essential.
  • Experience in aviation industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Interpersonal relationships, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Possess the following personal qualities: self-motivated, integrity, creativity, high standards, commitment, ethical values, and achievement oriented.
  • Professional fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus
