Compensation & Benefits Performance Management Creation of Policies, SOPs & Forms for HR Department. HR Strategic Planning. Manpower Forecasting & Planning Leave Management. Legal Compliance based on Federal & Labor Laws Employee Engagement Understanding & Constructing Organizational Structure Onboarding & Offboarding. Emiratization QualificationsBachelor\'s degree or relevant experience 5+ years experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgment About the company -The company is a leading cross-asset trading platform located in Dubai.Office timings - 9 am to 6pm.
