Job description TThe ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.ResponsibilitiesManage complete life cycle of the employee in the company
Ensure exit formalities are well compliant.
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Talent Acquisition & Management.

Performance Management
Creation of Policies, SOPs & Forms for HR Department.
HR Strategic Planning.
Manpower Forecasting & Planning
Leave Management.
Legal Compliance based on Federal & Labor Laws
Employee Engagement
Understanding & Constructing Organizational Structure
Onboarding & Offboarding.
Emiratization
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree or relevant experience
5+ years experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
About the company -The company is a leading cross-asset trading platform located in Dubai.Office timings - 9 am to 6pm. Mondays to Fridays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED12,000.00 per month
