Job Description

Job Purpose The role of the HR Manager is to implement and lead all HR processes including but not limited to manpower planning, employee relations, development of new HR Policies & Procedures and monitoring contractual requirements in accordance the UAE Labour law. Primary Responsibilities Determine the hiring needs of the business by communicating with the operations teams and plan department manpower requirements. Manpower planning and budgeting for replacement hires within the organization and propose strategies for succession. Planning the yearly recruitment budget to be shared for the following year by October itself and provide a rough estimation of the payroll cost for the year. Maintaining consistency in salary structure, based on the differences in job responsibilities and accountabilities and study the need for salary increase, promotions or general increases based on industry trends and general market pay scale. Working closely with the Senior management and the finance teams in developing and implementing employee incentive scheme(s) to recognise and reward employee and business performance. Creating role specific KPIs for both incentive and appraisal evaluations. Creating, reviewing and updating the organization structure to reflect and communicate the reporting lines within the organization. Composing of job descriptions for each position within the organization in accordance with the specification of the department's role requirements Responsible for evaluating candidates with reference to the assigned job indents by assessing and interviewing them, preparing candidate profiles with recommendations, thereby shortlisting suitable fitments with minimal turnaround time. Constantly keeping under review onboarding employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals. Allocating duties to the HR team for coordination with the PRO pertaining to all HR matters, staff visa and contract processing and other company related requirements concerning relations with local government entities. Computing and recording staff leave balances, extra hours and compensatory time and responsible for signing off on all leave approvals within the company upon ensuring that department needs are met. Analysing the medical needs of staff and proposing comprehensive medical insurance coverage to the management in line with HR budgets and cost-effective premiums. Responsible for timely renewals of all company related documents inclusive but not limited to Tenancy contracts, insurance policies, Trade licenses, fire and safety contracts, civil defence contracts, pro cards etc. Ensuring continuous compliance with local labour law, Local health regulatory authorities within the UAE pertaining to the operating specialities within the clinic facilities, proper recording of both medical and HR files, timely renewal of medical staff licenses and compliance to all local health requirements. Developing and maintaining excellent intergroup relationships with business partners and independent practitioners within the Business unit. Supporting and counselling line management and employees in employee relations and work-life balance related issues. Developing, updating and managing organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues; contributing information, analysis and recommendations to the organization's strategic direction. Work closely with management and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Act as the direct point of contact for all employees to address personal/ work related matters. Assist Elixir employees in answering their concerns and other human resource related queries where appropriate. Reinforcing and implementing HR policies to improve productivity, maximize organizational effectiveness and ensure organisational alignment. Communicate changes in the organization's policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed. Maintaining and recording of all company legal documentation and providing administrative assistance to head office teams in matters of legal importance. Facilitating employee engagement programs and activities on a quarterly basis. Communicating the employee of the month across the company as nominated by the operational teams. Scheduling and conducting periodic appraisals, progress reviews and consulting with department heads on staff performance management. Recording and maintaining staff discount eligibility and approval sign offs on treatment entitlements. Responsible for the final approval on the clinic rotas to ensure that manpower needs are met across departments. Analysing and communicating with the senior management on the feedback received from exit interviews and recommending process improvement. Communicating employee's feedback to the senior management and suggesting ways of improvement to increase employee satisfaction. Ensuring that all clinic facilities are fully compliant with the HR requirements, licensing criteria of both medical staff and departments as stipulated by the local health authorities. Working with the PRO on staying updated on DHA and DOH regulations for clinic policies and medical staff policies and reviewing of policies on an annual basis. Accountability for ROTA changes and effective communication within the admin team Preparing monthly payroll details to be shared with the finance team for payroll computation. Reviewing of UAE payroll computations and approving of the final computations to be shared with the Directors for final review. Supporting the Company founders on administrative requirements for their personal and professional usage. Maintaining an environment of continuous improvement at all times. Learning and Development Deliver training and professional development programs of staff Provide orientation, education and competency enhancement of new staff members Encourage opportunities for growth and development of staff and Identify learning and development requirements Customer Service Care Adhere to the Company's mission of providing: "Faster-better- friendlier Service". Ensure that The Elixir employees' feedback for improvement is heard. Business Management The employee ensures deep confidentiality, safe record keeping of all employees' files. Performs the duties and responsibilities in accordance to company policies in utmost efficiency. Seeks feedback regarding own performance and makes appropriate improvements. Communication Communicates with all staff in a regular manner and manages the morale of the teams on ground. Regularly provide all employees via email the clinic-wide and updated phone list. Responsible for all HR department communication across the company including new joiner and leaver communication, holiday announcements, change in directives and policies, employee of the month communication etc. Responsible for notifying all staff on their contract renewal dates, performance review dates and ensures active communication is maintained regarding the status of their employment. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED13,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
