About the Role We are looking for an HR Manager with an integrated experience in recruitment and end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Real Estate and a passion to convert good talents into loyal employees of the company. Job Responsibilities: - Establish HR strategies streamlined to the company's goals and requirements. - Facilities recruitment process from on boarding to off boarding of staffs. - Manages employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Implements and ensures awareness to company policies, rules and regulation. - Strict adherence to the company's set of standards & business ethics while nurturing a positive environment. - Executes training & development programs to the employees. - Closely work with the PRO for employment processing. - Maintains confidentiality and privacy of employee & company information. - Performs workplace investigation & disciplinary actions if necessary. Requirement: - 5 years HR experience in Real Estate - Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management - Available to join immediately Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s):
