The Role
Position Title: HR Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A stand alone cafe restaurant based in Dubai, known all over social media for its awesome signature food items and funky, energetic interior vibe. : . . Leads Admin team of HR to handle salary, compensation & benefits like insurance, medical benefits, etc . Handle all employees requests related to employment such as NOC, Employment Cert, Salary Cert, copies of contract, resignation, termination, etc . Evaluate and prepare reports for upper management showing the results of recruitment, admin, manpower planning, etc . Do proper employee orientation and onboarding for new joiners
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to Any nationality . 40 years old and below . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field . At least 5 years of experience in the same role . Must have UAE and KSA experience and knowledgeable on labour laws of both countries . Must have experience handling more than 200 employees . Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
