Job Title: HR Manager Industry: Family Entertainment Centers Reporting to: CEO We are looking for an HR Manager to develop and look after all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. As an HR manager, you will work towards ensuring proper development and implementation of company policies, strategies, objectives, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management as it relates to Human Resources. It is absolutely essential that the right candidate can take initiative and develop policies and procedures from scratch. Total employees to begin with will be 15-20 & will increase to 70-80 in next 6 months. Job Responsibilities:

• To develop and control the process of recruitment and induction of staff
• To develop, implement and update HR practices in line with the culture of the organization
• To ensure selection of the most suitable candidates for the organization
• To advise managers on candidate selection and recommend changes
• To bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues
• To be able to solve employee grievances on their own
• To ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees
• To facilitate active participation of each employee towards achieving common business goals
• To organize required training programs and workshop for employees
• To ensure legal compliance by monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Labor Laws

What you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years' experience working in HR in the UAE
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and admin skills
• Ability to think outside the box & adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Expert knowledge of U.A.E labour law and visa process

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience working in an HR department in the pre-opening phase of a new organization or start-up
• Have experience in the entertainment and/ or retail industry
• Have at least 1-year experience as HR Manager
• Have previously worked with people of different nationalities and backgrounds

Salary Package: Dhs. 8,000 - Dhs. 10,000 all in, based on qualifications and experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
