Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
From 7-10 years experience of progressive experience in human resource position in medical industry
Excellent experience in administering employee benefit plans, recruitment and compensation plans
High understanding of HR market trends with knowledge of latest developments or changes in Qatar labor Law
Knowledge of employee performance appraisal and performance management methods
Skills in overseeing performance monitoring and evaluation to identify organizational problems and to develop solutions to those problems
Strong interpersonal skills both oral and writing, good system organizer and implementer.
Able to prioritize workload within a team and under pressure.
Able to adopt an open, flexible and receptive approach to working with others.
Arabic and English languages is a must
