About the job HR Manager

Our client is a UAE-based real estate developer company with operations in the manufacturing, education, healthcare, hospitality, and facilities management sectors.

We are looking for an HR Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure positions are filled promptly.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Handle the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and facilitating the necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, and grievances.
  • Mediate conflicts and address employee complaints, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives and programs
Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and train managers on effective performance feedback and coaching techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support to improve productivity and development.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support their career growth within the organization.
Training and Development:
  • Assess training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment contracts, and company policies.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and adapt HR practices accordingly.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Collaborate with finance and senior management to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Conduct salary surveys to benchmark compensation against industry standards.
HR Data and Analytics:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Generate HR reports for management and stakeholders as needed.
Employee Safety and Welfare:
  • Oversee workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to address workplace accidents, injuries, or health-related issues.
  • Support employee well-being initiatives, such as wellness programs and work-life balance initiatives.
HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Contribute to the development of the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company\'s objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast HR needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational structure and talent management.
HR Technology and Systems:
  • \xef\xbb\xbfEvaluate and implement HR software and systems to streamline HR processes.
  • Train HR staff and employees on the effective use of HR technology.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality in HR systems.
HR Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
  • Manage the HR budget and allocate resources effectively to meet HR objectives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize HR expenditures.\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • master\'s degree or relevant
  • SAP Software experience
  • Fluency in Arabic Language is a must
Location: Deira, Dubai

Timings: Monday to \xef\xbb\xbfSaturday | 09.00am to 5.30pm
