Our client is a leading blockchain and digital collectable company based in Bahrain. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's growth and success within the GCC in the ever-evolving Blockchain market. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop and implement: HR strategies aligned with company goals, culture, and values. Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and retention. 2. Talent acquisition and management: Lead end-to-end recruitment, attracting top talent in blockchain and digital collectables. Implement onboarding programs for smooth integration. Develop talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance evaluations, and career development programs. 3. Employee relations and engagement: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment through open communication and conflict resolution. Implement employee engagement initiatives, including rewards, wellness programs, and team-building activities. 4. HR policies and compliance: Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Ensure HR practices are aligned with industry best practices and promote a culture of fairness, diversity, and inclusion. 5. Training and development: Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in the blockchain and digital collectable domain. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver effective learning initiatives. REQUIRMENT: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the technology industry. In-depth knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and regulations. Strong understanding of HR practices, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
