HR Manager & Recruiter
to join our team and help us scale!What You'll Do:
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals Maintain employee records, handle contracts, and oversee HR documentation Support performance management and employee development processes Coordinate team-building activities and contribute to creating a positive work environment Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
What We're Looking For:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR and recruitment (real estate experience is a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment tools/platforms, CRM Positive attitude and passion for working with peopleWhat We Offer:
