We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-focused
HR Admin and Recruiter
to join our HR team. This dual-role position is responsible for handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks while also managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
2. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other documentation.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including induction sessions, equipment, and exit interviews.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. leaves, attendance, resignations).
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and related HR metrics.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts, licenses, or employee documents.
3. Compliance and Policy Management
Assist in implementing and communicating company policies and procedures.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of all HR information.
4. Employee Relations and Support
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness activities.
Support performance appraisal processes and feedback sessions.
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and recruitment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
Familiarity with UAE labor law (if relevant).
