Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR team across key functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Oversee employee engagement programs and drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment.Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with legal requirements and best practices.Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership.Analyze HR metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
Requirements:
Master's or MBA (HR) preferred10+ years of progressive HR experience.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and workforce planning.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
