Job Description

The Role
  • Foster a high-performance environment to attract top talent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and support to managers in effectively managing employee performance and development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify training needs across the organization to enhance employee skills and knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor laws and company culture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential legal risks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mediate conflicts and promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather employee feedback and make data-driven improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilize HR analytics to track key HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate reports on HR activities, trends, and areas for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Operations and Finance department in manpower demand planning and budgeting. \xe2\x80\xa2Identify continuous areas of improvement in HR workflows via standardization, streamlining, and automating processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring full utilization and compliance of all modules of the HRM system related to attendance, payroll, performance management, record keeping
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience of managing Human Resources in the Middle East region. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent communication in English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to read / write in Arabic is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in the UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
