Our client, a leading entity in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an HR Manager who would support various HR functions.
Role:
- Manage the Talent Acquisition cycle to onboard right employees and thereby manage the organizational performance - Identify organization development and hiring needs based on inputs from the Business Units and the manpower plans - Manage the Manpower Planning Process (MPP) in line with the full budgeting cycle to provide the manning and structure for the business to develop and grow - Manage the Salary Increment, Promotion, Bonus and Compensation related projects and annual cycles in an efficient and effectiveness manner - Create and implement an action plan to close previous audit issues related to talent acquisition and to mitigate future exposures - Design and implement recruitment and Emiratisation plan for a fast-track mechanism of talent acquisition - Create and implement an action plan to close previous audit issues related to talent acquisition - Other duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
Requirements:
- Our client is a culture and art facility and would prefer someone with similar industry experience - Minimum of 6+ years\' experience within Human Resources - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE. - Strong understanding of Learning & Development, Government Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition etc - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Any HR certification would be a plus
