Job Summary

The role will be based in Abu Dhabi but you will be required to travel to Dubai once or twice a week.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the HR Director on a strategic and operational level
You will have a team of 3 and report to the HR Director. You will be required to look after employee relations, policies and procedures, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits.
You will also support the HR Director on implementing HR initiatives and projects
