Job Overview
As an HR Intern at Jumeirah Dubai, you will support core human resources activities including employee relations, internal events, and administrative HR tasks. This hands-on internship in luxury hospitality HR will expose you to engagement planning, HR systems, policy support, and wellness programs, making it an excellent first step toward a career in hotel human resources.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and welcoming experience during all HR-related interactions
• Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness initiatives
• Support HR policy communication and help respond to employee queries
• Handle administrative tasks including employee recordkeeping and report preparation
• Promote internal communications and staff recognition initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HR standards in every task

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or business program
• Previous internship in a luxury or 5-star hotel is a plus but not mandatory
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Available to begin in August for the full internship term
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
