A DAY IN THE LIFE \xe2\x80\xa6
Are you a vibrant, enthusiastic, and passionate person? Do you get excited about how Fast-Moving Consumer Goods organization operates and how consumption habits are changing? Are you driven by curiosity and passion?
The intern will be a support in key Human Resources activities:
1- Coordinate Monthly Reports & KPI\'s 2- Talent Acquisition - coordinate job posting, offer preparation and hiring and onboarding 3- Global Mobility - coordinate Transfers in & Out activities such as PR/PO, clearance, declaration forms etc\xe2\x80\xa6 4- Offboarding - coordinate the exit formality for leavers, 5- Time & Attendance - add and remove badge Id, review attendance, validate compliance to working hours, and raise tickets in case of any issue 6- Ensure employees are adhering to completion of Mandatory Trainings, leave utilization etc.. 7- Respond to employee queries in timely manner 8- Manage employee File

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent (Human Resources Management)
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment
Enjoys working and communicating with different team members
Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
