Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

HR In-Charge

to lead our human resources functions for manpower supply, specifically catering to the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience within the UAE construction sector and a strong understanding of manpower sourcing, labor laws, and employee management in this domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower supply for construction projects, ensuring timely and quality staffing. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE labor laws and company standards. Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to understand manpower requirements and deliver accordingly. Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and induction processes specific to the construction workforce. Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation. Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management. Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally. Liaise with government authorities for labor permits, visas, and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE construction industry or manpower supply sector. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and construction labor regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
