Position
: Supervisor/Shift In-chargeKey Responsibilities
:Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor. Act as Shift In-charge, managing team performance, production targets, and adherence to safety standards. Monitor and optimize production efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery. Ensure proper shift handover and accurate reporting of production data. Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance and resolving any operational issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
:Experience in production supervision, preferably in a PE film or related manufacturing environment. Ability to work in rotating shifts. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and team management abilities.
