Home Hustler Real Estate LLC is a fast-growing Dubai-based brokerage specializing in

off-plan and secondary market properties

. We are scaling our sales force in Dubai and looking for a hands-on

HR Generalist

who can

hire, build, and retain high-performing sales teams

while ensuring smooth HR and admin operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring (60%)

Write and post engaging job ads on Indeed, LinkedIn, and social platforms. Source, screen, and interview candidates (telecallers, sales agents, managers). Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters/contracts. Build a hiring pipeline to meet aggressive growth targets.

Onboarding & Employee Relations (20%)

Prepare joining kits: contracts, NDAs, policy documents. Manage onboarding orientation and smooth integration for new hires. Create and maintain employee files (digital & physical). Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and queries.

HR Administration & Compliance (20%)

Track attendance, leave, and punctuality across all teams. Prepare warnings, termination letters, and exit interviews. Support management in implementing policies and performance reviews. Coordinate with PRO for visa, insurance, and labor law compliance.

Requirements

2-4 years' experience in

HR/Recruitment

, preferably in

real estate, sales, or call centers

. Strong recruitment skills: job posting, filtering, interviewing. Knowledge of UAE labor law and basic HR compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets. Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
