As our HR Generalist, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership at CEO and Director Level, managing both operational and strategic HR across multiple jurisdictions.
You will:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across UAE and UK entities
Advise senior management on workforce planning, organisational design, and people development
Lead HR projects covering compliance, policies, and organisational structure
Own end-to-end recruitment for management, administrative, and educational roles
Build and manage talent pipelines, sourcing strategies, and recruitment frameworks
Create competency models and behavioural interview guides
Ensure full compliance with:
UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Immigration & Emiratisation requirements
UK Employment Law
Manage employee lifecycle processes including:
Contracts, onboarding, visas, payroll coordination, and exits
Maintain accurate HR documentation, metrics, dashboards, and records
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with confidence
Implement UAE- and UK-aligned disciplinary and performance improvement processes
Drive annual performance reviews, KPIs, and development planning
Promote a positive workplace culture with strong values, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
Support succession planning and long-term capability development

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
