The Role
Position Title:
HR Generalist Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: performance-based annual bonus, and annual airfare allowance. Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A trusted manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and pharmaceutical industries based in Sharjah : o Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. o Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. o Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. o Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll processes, and handling HR documentation with attention to detail.Requirements
Open to Asian and Arabic nationals aged 40 and below o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. o Minimum 3 years' experience as HR Generalist o Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
