Job Summary
The HR Generalist will be responsible for executing and overseeing various HR functions that support the employee lifecycle and overall business operations. This includes managing onboarding and offboarding, handling payroll and attendance systems, and contributing to HR budgeting and data analysis. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Roles & Responsibilities
Onboarding and Offboarding
Manage end-to-end processes for employee joining and exit.
Ensure compliance, documentation, and smooth transition.
Time and Attendance
Monitor and maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
Generate reports and address related employee queries.
Payroll Management
Coordinate payroll processing with accurate input data.
Ensure statutory compliance and resolve payroll issues.
HR Budgeting and Analysis
Assist in planning and tracking the HR budget.
Prepare reports and provide insights for decision-making.
